An overview of the ReturnSafe BioSecurity portal, for admins
Administrators designated by your organization have access to the ReturnSafe BioSecurity portal. If you have been given access, you will have received an email with instructions for accessing the portal for your organization.
Here is an overview of each section of the BioSecurity portal - you may see some or all of these sections, depending on your level of access.
The Dashboard is where you have access to screening data, including a chart showing the screenings for each day and a summary of the screening results. You can drill in to a detailed report by clicking on any of the screening results to pull up a view displaying each user's most recent screening result.
You can search for a specific name or screening result using the Search field, and can export the data as a CSV if requried.
The Screening tab shows you your current and previous screening surveys. You can view each of the Questions and Recommendations, and from the Screeners view see the screening flow, logic and associated notifications
The Contact Tracing tab allows you to lookup the contacts that have been logged, when a user has tested positive. You can search for a user by name using the Search field, and click into the Contacts for that user to see any contacts that have been logged either manually via the logbook, or via BTLE/hardware contact logging, if your organization is making use of automated contact logging.
If your organization is using hardware for contact tracing, this is where you can assign and un-assign tags to your ReturnSafe users. Please see the Contact Logging Hardware page for more details on assigning and distributing your devices to users.
The Organization tab shows you a summary of your Portal Users.
